I will be moving soon and cannot accept any more custom orders at this time. I can mail flutes that are on the website until April 3rd and after April 10th. All flutes that are available are in the website. New orders will be accepted after April 10th. Thank you for your patience.


Upon receipt of payment, your flute and/or accessories will be shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping fees are based on the total weight of all items purchased, the shipping container, and the associated U.S. Postal Service Fees.  

Lost/Damaged Packages - We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by the Postal Service. With that said, we do keep all records of shipment payments and delivery confirmation should this information ever be needed.

If you are interested in purchasing shipping insurance for your item(s) please let me know. Insurance is available for customers within the United States for an additional cost from the shipping company.  I use the USPS and will let you know what the insurance costs would be should you want insurance.  International buyers interested in purchasing shipping insurance should contact me for rates depending on their preferred shipping service.
